Service Description
Getting a vehicle ceramic coated offers numerous benefits to car owners. Firstly, the ceramic coating provides exceptional protection against environmental hazards like UV rays, oxidation, and chemical contaminants, preserving the paint's finish and preventing premature aging. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: After booking an Interior Package detail, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation or rescheduling fee at the discretion of Denuo Detailing. Scheduling Changes: Any changes to the scheduled service date or time must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in rescheduling fees. Access to Vehicle: Clients agree to provide accurate access to their vehicle at the agreed time and location. Failure to provide access may result in a missed appointment or service fee. Quality & Vehicle Condition: Denuo Detailing strives to provide the highest standard of service. Clients must notify us within 48 hours if dissatisfied so that concerns can be addressed promptly. The condition of the vehicle, including any pre-existing damage, will be documented prior to service. Denuo Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage. Liability: While care is taken during all services, Denuo Detailing is liable only for damage caused directly by negligence. Payment & Deposits: Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. A fourteen (14) calendar day grace period applies to all invoices. Deposits of up to fifty percent (50%) of the total service cost may be required to secure a booking. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or the booking date has been reserved, except as required by law. Late Payment & Interest: Balances unpaid after the grace period may incur interest of two percent (2%) per month, calculated daily from the due date until fully paid. Collection & Legal Costs: Clients are responsible for all reasonable costs incurred to collect overdue amounts, including administrative fees, legal fees, and Civil Resolution Tribunal (CRT) filing fees. Non-Payment: Failure to remit payment does not relieve the client of their obligation. Denuo Detailing reserves the right to pursue all lawful remedies to recover unpaid balances. Changes to Terms: Denuo Detailing may modify these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or other appropriate means. Acknowledgment: By booking any service, including Interior Package details, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions herein.
